Hotel staff very friendly and room was clean and nice to stay
Room clean and nice staff service. they upgrade me to Deluxe room was very comfortable
Reasonably poitioned _ not much else
Complete stuff up of bookings for our three bookingsplus others. Apparent disregard of giving the room booked . . ie we booked three poolview rooms . . . but told not available when we go there. Minor but not a good start to a holiday
We couldn't sleep all the night, very noisy neighbourhood, music until 4. At 6 o'clock began the noisy from the staff in the corridor.
Close proximity to Aonang Beach, its about 500 metres to the beach and shopping
The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is good, especially loved the made-to-order eggs. Nice room design with several windows (we had nice mountain view), comfortable bed.
AC was very cold even at lowest speed. The closest beach, Noppharat Thara, is not nice, full of trash. Only one set of toiletries with 2 visitors. A price list of items in the room in case you steel sth, very funny ; ).
The pictures shown in Booked.net have nearly nothing to do with the real hotel!
The breakfast is rather poor and the ham looked very bad / old.
well, there is really not much to mention about... I am sorry about that.
First of all, do not thrust any of the pictures you see. They are way much better than the original you will find there. The hotel is way out of date and is surrounded by a canal which smells like ***. We were originally checked in in room 301 (same applies probably for 101-103 and 201-203) but we couldn't possibly stay there because the AC directly uses the air originating from the canal. We changed room to 306 which was --- for gods sake --- only very moldy, same as the entire hotel. Plz, if u can, find another accomodation, it will be worth every pence u will spend...
Good hotel room, bed was the best we experienced in Thailand from many hotels. Bath room was fine. Location is great, I would say perfect in Ao Nang, away from the tourist crazinesss but still close. The beach is just across the street, not the best beach but decent. Lots of good restaurants near by. Breakfast was ok. Pool was fine, nothing fancy. If you can chose, take a room with pool view, they are properly the best with less noise.
Internet didn't work (no connection at all) The hotel was to noisy (Aircon from restaurant started at 5 in the morning and was loud) for us, so we changed hotel. Not a luxury view from the rooms. The overall experience was that this was a low budget hotel except from the rooms there were great as mentioned.
Nice small hotel on beach nice breakfast
Very small rooms
Staff is friendly.
Water heater is some time hot and some time not hot.
Very good hotel with low price, but not good location: the river meets the sea and make water dirty, but you can walk 5 minutes to clear sea and beach. Opposit hotel boats pier to Railay beach.
The hotel staff were really attentive and friendly, even brought me a kettle to the room on the two occasions we stayed there recently. The advert on here for the hotel says that all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities but they don't, only the most expensive rooms do, we stayed in the cheapest. Really comfortable bed. Order off the menu but as much as you want for the breakfast that is included. Decent. Made origami style animals out of our towels everyday when cleaning the room, really nice touch! Clean bedsheets and towels everyday.
The location wasn't great about a 15minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The pictures on here are very cleverly taken, making sure the hotel is taken from the very best angle, as building outside is quite dirty and the pool isn't the cleanest but you can't expect everything to be spotless. Forgot to bring part of our breakfast on the morning we were leaving (first time around). On the second time we were leaving the hotel they had made us a "breakfast box" but they made it early before I had time to tell them I'm vegetarian and then they wouldn't change it because the kitchen staff had gone time. Would rather have had the money back for the breakfast.
Convenient location near the beach, clean small rooms with very small but well equipped barthrooms. Friendly staff, clean swimmingpool mostly in the shade. Surrounding at Nopparat less touristic and better prices than directly at Ao Nang beach.
Many rooms have a bad view (wall, room of neighbourhotel) and the breakfastarea and poollarea are not really cosy and locked in between a smelly river, hotelkitchen and hotelbuildings. Hotelrooms in the front have noise from the opposite Lunabar till 4 am. No seaview and no direct access to the beach.
No External Security. No boundary fencing. No security guard. No outside surveilance cameras. No proper security lighting. Our room was burgled while we slept.Intruder walked onto premises, climbed balcony, broke into room through flimsy aluminium window with no window lock and left undetected.Told its not uncommon and lucky we did not wake! Little concern from staff ...none from hotel ownership.
